TILAPIA IN CREAM
Ingredients:
- - fillet of fish (I have tilapia, but you can have cod and, in principle, any fish, preferably not bony)
- - cream (any fat content, the volume depends on the size of the frying pan, on average 100 ml)
- spices for fish (you can limit yourself to salt and pepper, or you can add dried basil, oregano, rosemary, paprika, etc.)
- spices for cream (for example, dried garlic, nutmeg and turmeric)
The fish was thawed, washed, dried with paper towels. And they sprinkled spices on both sides well.
Cream was poured into a heated frying pan, and their spices were added to them so that the cream turned out fragrant. Pour the cream on the eye so that they at least cover the fish half, but you can have more cream so that there is a lot of sauce to pour over the side dish.
As the cream warmed up, we spread the fish fillets and simmer on medium heat for 3 minutes. Then turn the fish over to the other side and simmer for another 3 minutes. That's it. The fish is ready))
