I have made about 10 Different masks and out of the 10 I find this mask to be the Best Fit along with the NO Fog glasses, kudos for that. The best part is the space for talking. I used a semi-firm iron on facing between the 2 fabrics, cutting it just slightly smaller then the circle. I also used the adjustable ear elastic which has been a game changer in making masks. FAR Better then trying to measure the elastic, it always seemed to small or long, needing adjusting. I have made 4 of these masks & will make more, since it's so easy now that I wrote down my own instructions which will save time then going back to the video. Making a small sample out of a pc of papertowel was the best way for me. Thank You Mia for the great Tutorial. 5 thumbs up !

Really cute. Really easy to make. Probably with practice you could make one in about 3 minutes. But it was way to small for the adults in my house. It fit my teenager well enough, but neither I or my husband could wear it comfortably. The template I used was 9 inches, so it was bigger than her sample.

@nephtys3693 жыл бұрын
It is a tad deceptive. Give it a few goes. I wouldn’t pin any of this, I’d pink the edges instead of snipping to get the clean circle, and keep in mind it looks like she’s using a juki industrial so the machine itself is way faster than an at home one (faster isn’t better if you don’t have the skill yet). I was a bit “oh sure 3 mins”, watched it, and she’s right. I think it took about two mins total.
