I worry what the Catholic church has deemed to not be in the Bible. I have also noticed, being a recently saved that the new bibles have omissions. We must not for a moment cast doubt upon the Lord's ability to preserve His word for the salvation of His children. When we search the Scriptures, we must be ever mindful that not one line is written in Holy Writ, except to reveal Christ; and whoever reads it for any other purpose than to find in it the way of salvation from sin, reads it in vain. The Bible as a whole is the testimony of Jesus Christ, (in the volume of the book it is written of me,) Heb 10:7, Psalm 40:7. In finding Jesus in the Word of God, you have also found the Father, for Jesus is the express image of the Father. It is only by the Word of God that we can know who He is, and what He expects of us, it is by the volume of the book that He defines Himself. Therefore, if any man thinks that God has not presented the Scriptures to us today in its current form, then that man will be lost; as the Bible is the testimony of Jesus Christ. "Be not thou therefore ashamed of the testimony of our Lord, nor of me his prisoner: but be thou partaker of the afflictions of the gospel according to the power of God;" 2 Timothy 1:8 The apostle says, "Take heed, brethren, lest there be in any of you an evil heart of unbelief, in departing from the living God." Although it is true that many theories and doctrines popularly supposed to be derived from the Bible have no foundation in its teaching, and indeed, are contrary to the whole tenor of inspiration. Many of these have been a cause of doubt and perplexity to many minds, they are not, however, chargeable to God's word, but to man's perversion of it. Have faith in His Word sister, and His Spirit will guide you into all righteousness. Grace be to you, and peace from God the Father and our Lord Jesus Christ.

One word of advice regarding your choice of Bible, you may compare many Bible versions against each other, it is well to do so, but use a version that does not have a copyright attached to it as your foundation Bible, as all versions which have copyright restrictions cannot by law be the Word of God, as they must be different. I prefer the Authorised King James. God Bless sister.

Rev. 4: a vision of the throne room....but WHEN? A vision can be of the past, the present or the future. Which is this? We have to examine it to determine the time. John saw the Father seated on the throne, but DID NOT see Jesus at His right hand. There are over a dozen verses that tell us that is where Jesus should have been. Perhaps then, this is a throne room while Jesus was on the earth? Next, John saw the Holy Spirit there as the seven spirits of God. Yet, we would expect, years after the fact, that the Holy Spirit would have long since been sent down. Perhaps again, this is a vision of the past, BEFORE Jesus ascended and sent the Holy Spirit down? As we get into chapter 5, we read of the book sealed with seven seals. JOhn watched a search to find someone worthy to take the book and open the seals, but that search John watched FAILED so John wrote, no man was found. If we read ahead, we see that Jesus WAS found in a later search. We must ask then, WHY did God show us in the vision of a failed search? God must have had a reason. The reason is, God is showing us TIMING. Jesus was not seen at the right hand of the Father, for at this time He was on the earth or under the earth. He was not found in the search John got to see, because at that time, He had not yet risen from the dead. The Holy Spirit was still there simply because of TIME and TIMING: Jesus had not yet (in the vision) ascended to send Him down. Then, John wept, not a little but a LOT! Perhaps for days John wept. Then, as John was weeping TIME PASSED, and Jesus rose from the dead. John wrote that Jesus "prevailed." He prevailed over death by rising from the dead. All this is proven by the next verses: John saw Jesus enter the throne room after He had just ascended, and the first thing Jesus did was send the Holy Spirit down. Then he went and took the book and began (right then) opening seals. WHY did God show John all of this? So we would know that the first seal was opened about the same time as Jesus gave the great commission. The White horse then, is to represent the CHURCH sent out with the GOSPEL. Seals 2, 3, and 4 are to represent the devil's attempts to stop the advance of the gospel. Seal 5 is for the martyrs of the church age. The church has been waiting there for that FINAL martyr. The pre-trib rapture will END the church age, and BEGIN the Day of the Lord.

While I agree with most of your excellent teaching, I just don't understand how anyone is a Cessationist. Unless we have differing definitions of the meaning of the word, I can't agree with Cessationism. I have personally seen miracles, and I have personally had visions and dreams from God. I have spoken in tongues and heard/seen others who have spoken in languages they didn't know to the benefit of the hearer, etc. I do not believe that the gifts of the Holy Spirit are not available to God's children today as they were at the beginning. I believe that there are many so-called acts of the Spirit/ Miracles, and prophecies are false. But having witnessed miracles and been a part of them with NO AUDIENCE, I know miracles still happen, I know God still heals, still delivers, and still speaks to and through His children on earth. Having said all that, I do not believe this is a salvific issue, and I am not about to throw out the baby with the bathwater. I was just a little surprised to hear you are a Cessationist and wanted to share why I am not. Despite our differing view points, I've got nothing but love and respect for you! Tribulation is the devil's governing oppression over all those in the world who follow Christ. We are in the world, but not of the world. Tribulation meaning: distress or suffering resulting from *oppression* or persecution, a trying experience, tribulation means trial.* Acts 14:22 KJV "Confirming the souls of the disciples, and exhorting them to continue in the faith, and that we must through *much tribulation* enter into the kingdom of God." For whosoever will save his life shall lose it: and whosoever will lose his life for my sake shall find it.*" Matthew 16:24-26 KJV *Tribulation started in Genesis when Adam forfeited his governance over the world, when he obeyed satan instead of God. Satan instead of man(Adam) has been the governing power over the world's ruling powers ever since. (Read Genesis, KJV). Again, the devil taketh him up into an exceeding high mountain, and sheweth him all the kingdoms of the world, and the glory of them; [9] And saith unto him, All these things will I give thee, if thou wilt fall down and worship me. * Satan rules in the kingdoms of this World. Read Matthew 4:8, KJV. Read Daniel, KJV, to see the ruling kingdoms of satan( the beasts). Read Revelation to understand the end as it relates to the beginning in Genesis. *Satan( previously known as Lucifer) will continue to rule, though his total ruling power has been forfeited by the sacrificial blood of Christ, and the resurrection of Christ. Satan no longer has power over all souls unless you willingly give satan your soul. Satan and his followers are hellbound. Satan no longer has the key over hell, death and the grave. He cannot hold captive of the souls that belong to Christ. Christ's Sacrificial Blood forfeited all of satan's powers obtained through his deception of man & woman in the Garden of Eden. Revelation 1:17-18, King James Version(KJV) "And when I saw him, I fell at his feet as dead. And he laid his right hand upon me, saying unto me, Fear not; I am the first and the last: I am he that liveth, and was dead; and, behold, I am alive for evermore, Amen; and have the keys of hell and of death." What He opens no one can shut, and what He shuts no one can open." On The Day of Christ: All who are Christ's and are dead will be resurrected, and those in Christ who are still alive until Christ returns will be transformed from mortality to immortality, and rise to the Spiritual( incorruptible bodies)of eternal life and peace, free from suffering, war, and pain. There are no tears, and no need for money in Christ's coming Kingdom, no rich vs poor, no pale skin vs dark skin, no upper-class vs lower-class, no aristocrats vs. peasants, etc. There are no narcissists in Christ's Kingdom. For we are all one in Christ Jesus, and there is no evil, or sin there. Amen!!! The return of Christ: The Day of The Lord, is not a quiet rapture event. *Pretribulation? or After Tribulation? Let God answer the question:* It is written in Matthew 24: 29 -31, KJV.* "*Immediately AFTER THE TRIBULATION of those days* *shall the SUN BE DARKENED, and the MOON SHALL NOT GIVE HER LIGHT, and the STARS SHALL FALL FROM HEAVEN, and the POWERS OF THE HEAVENS SHALL BE SHAKEN:* *And THEN SHALL APPEAR THE SIGN OF THE SON OF MAN IN HEAVEN: and then shall all the tribes of the earth mourn, and THEY SHALL SEE THE SON OF MAN COMING IN THE CLOUDS OF HEAVEN WITH POWER AND GREAT GLORY.* *"And He shall send His angels with a great sound of a trumpet, and they shall GATHER TOGETHER HIS ELECT FROM THE FOUR WINDS, FROM ONE END OF HEAVEN TO THE OTHER.*" The Rapture: *"And He shall send His angels with a great sound of a trumpet, and they shall GATHER TOGETHER HIS ELECT FROM THE FOUR WINDS, FROM ONE END OF HEAVEN TO THE OTHER.*" 1 Thessalonians 4:17 King James Version "*Then we which are ALIVE and REMAIN shall be caught up together with them in the clouds, to meet the Lord in the air: and so shall we ever be with the Lord.*" Christ has the ultimate power over all. Sin and satan's worldly kingdoms are coming to an end. The new Earth which is called The New Jerusalem will descend from Heaven, and only the meek( All those who belong to Christ) will inherit this Earth. Christ shall be our King, and we shall be His people forever. Christ's Kingdom and the His inheritance of the throne of David will be from everlasting to everlasting. Then you will see true Peace, with the The Prince of Peace who is Christ Jesus.

OK sorry another question. Technically when Jesus was born, that would be the first coming. After his death he came back, that was the second coming. You were not asking a stupid question. Jesus did not leave the Earth after His death. He descended into Hell, which seems to be the center of the Earth. Then He ascended back to Heaven. So, when He returns and stands on the Mount of Olives, that will be His second coming. But that time He will set up the kingdom promised in the Old Testament, where He rules the world for 1000 years. After that will be the last battle at Meggido, then the New Heaven and New Earth, which is spoken of repeatedly in Isaiah.

when Scripture says that “one is taken and one is left,” as it does in Luke 17 and Matthew 24, it is not talking about the Rapture, it is talking about the harvest at the close of the age. According to Paul the Jerusalem that would be cast out is the one that existed in his day. Read Galatians 4. God promised never to destroy the earth and his word says the earth will endure forever. The new Jerusalem came when Mystery Babylon was destroyed. Mystery Babylon was Old Covenant Jerusalem. If Jesus and the Apostles predicted the destruction of the literal planet earth then they are false prophets since they clearly taught that the second coming would be in their generation. No where does the Bible say that there will be a third physical temple on earth or that Christ would rule from the earth. I will be happy to prove the following points if you like: 1. This is pretribulation misinterpretation. The dragon , the beast and the false prophet are counterpart of the Holy Trinity. You do not use OT prophesies in Ezekiel to apply to current Israel. Amen.” Now that you understand who Christ is, share Christ with others. Christ is The Good News. What do we do with good news? We share it. Amen! Repent of your sins. Leave a lifestyle of sin. Sin no more! Be baptized in Jesus Name. Submit to God. Love God with all your heart, mind, body, soul, and spirit. Keep God’s Commandments, (read Exodus 20: 1- 17, see the 10 Commandments of God). Love one another. Forgive one another. It is written, “resist the devil, submit to God, and the devil will flee from you.” Hate sin with all your heart, mind, body, soul, and spirit. * Hebrews 10: 26, KJV, " For if we sin wilfully after that we have received the knowledge of the truth, there remaineth no more sacrifice for sins." Acts 11 vs. 15 to 16, ” And as I began to speak, The Holy Spirit fell upon them, as upon us at the beginning. Then I remembered the word of the Lord, how He said, “John indeed baptized with water, but you shall be baptized with the Holy Spirit.” Psalm 68, verse 4 KJV: " Sing to God, sing praises to His name; Extol Him who rides on the clouds, by His name Yah, and rejoice exceedingly." Halleluyah! Lord Jesus, The Living Water! Baptize me, with your Holy Spirit! Please write my name in Your Book of Life. You are my Lord and Saviour, from now on, and for ever. Never leave me, nor forsake me. I belong to You. I forsake this world, sin, and all worldy distractions. I make you priority in my life. Please remove all agents and devices of "the evil one" from me, and from my body. Thank You Lord!
