Purely factual assessment: a large difference between Cyberfrog 3 and 2, is that you have not even sold half of the Red X boxes. You sold out of the Honeycomb boxes, so that is a $334K difference. Fulfilling the Honeycomb boxes last pissed a lot of people off, many who (I feel) wouldve backed Red X by now. Additionally: the campaign launched 13 months ago, and still we've yet to see neither the Heroes nor Villains covers. That is two covers that could have potentially been earning money for months, and covers that could've incentivized more people to back the Red X. You've also spent the last like half a year promoting Fearsome and Reignbow over CF3.

My take on A.i. art it's ok for writers to use to make fan base comics and to practice. Not everyone has the money to produce a comic. But just be up front that you are using A.i. but when you are able to afford a real artist then work with real people.

Even if their were no ads and the channel had ad revenue turned off but all they did was record other people's content and then air it, then it to would be theft eventhough they were never paid for it. If Subway offered a free sub on Christmas day and I stand in the long line to get it and then someone steals it off of me when I exit the store then it is still theft eventhough I never even paid for the sandwich. Secondly, apparently, you have never heard of a commercial? Same as with network T.V. the content on YT is not free due to the commercials that are inserted and paid for by advertisements. Creators are then paid due to the amount of watch time of said commercial and whether or not the commercial was clicked on and whether someone bought their product. Thirdly, a quick question: Do you own the work building you go into? As that is as silly as you claiming, that they dont own the social media platform when you or other workers dont own the office building. You are paid for your time and effort, not due to your ownership in the company or the building itself. Fourth, if it was their content, then it is the same thing as an original song as both are creations of the creator and their own views on the world. Adding a beat does not somehow make something more official or unique. Lastly if someone just records an hour long show of Mr Beast without making that content or say just records a 3 hour Friday Night Tights episode and then just airs it, gets paid, then how does that not meet the textbook definition of theft? Why should you be paid when you do nothing in the process? It is extremely easy for someone like Katy to just say "I agree" or "I disagree" a couple times in a video (especially when she has shows with other guests on them so it has nothing to do with her own anonymity). If one can not even do that, then I have zero sympathy when their channel is struck, and I would probably strike it myself if it was my own produced content (if for nothing else) as a stand against extreme laziness!
