Just a quick trip to Nick's Custom Cycles, to grab some intake manifold gaskets for the 1940 UL

Rode my 2011 harley davidson Road KIng, to my local motorcycle salvage yard, to buy some intake manifold gaskets for my 1940 Harley Davidson UL

I was 18 when I bought my 1st PANHEAD. Been going to NICK'S since then. I consider nicky to be a good friend. I love going there. You can build a whole bike outta parts from there. Cool video, for people that don't know about NICK'S. PANHEADS FOREVER.

Yeah man, Nick is awesome. Nick knew my parents back in the 70s and my dad who was in the warlocks, Nicky would tell me stories. In fact, I have a picture of my mom and my dad, separately, in easy riders, in the wind magazine from 1978 which was taken at Nicky‘s property. 👍🍺 PS I’m one step closer in negotiations with a buddy of mine for his 1948 Panhead!! I did find out that it is a EL 61” model, but it’s still awesome so I hope that goes down!!! FOREVER PANHEADS

Right!!! I feel the same way. It never ceases to amaze me following him around, and him taking me to exactly where everything is, amongst all the clutter

Wish I had a cool chopper shop near me. Used to have 2-3 shops near by, but none of them survived. I run 16 inch apes on my bike. Had a Sportster that had 18s, but I got a 100.00 ticket for them. Said they were to tall. In Florida they can't be above your shoulder. It was an asshole cop.

Yeah its nice having Nick around while he’s still alive, to pick his brain and to get the most unattainable parts around. Tall apes- Its legal here in Jersey too, but i have a slight tendency not to follow most laws!!! Lol
