Sorry, I know my question is not related to this video but I thought my question might be seen here faster... I just got a new DJI osmo mobile SE. and none of the modes appear to be working correctly. EX: follow mode does not keep the horizon line. When I slowly lower the phone towards the floor, the gimbal never adjusts and the phone stays facing the floor. In tilt lock mode I get a similar response. So any forward or lowering motion and the gimbal doesn't appear to respond. I don't have a particularly large or heavy phone (Galaxy A15). There are no other accessories attached to create weight or balance issues, even removed phone case to make it as light as possible. My marking dots are lined up on the clamp. Camera is on the correct side using marker on clamp. I also perform the calibration before attempting use. Any suggestions? Anything silly simple or stupid I am missing? I am super new to gimbal use, my first one in fact, so I would not be surprised if I'm a dumbass. Or might it be a defective gimbal that I have to return
