This is the old fart that turn 70 this summer, with some old-timer advice. Probably 25 years ago my children kept on me about jumping into the future of communication. So after my flip phone broke I got me an Android the Samsung S5 and still have it. It came with a lot of apps and gaming stuff with a technical adviser and myself uninstalled or disabled that were not essential for the operation of the phone. The two apps I thought I would use the most where notepad and the calendar. I have barely used the notepad. But the calendar is my memory and Notepad. It doesn't matter what age you are with all that we have on our minds it's easy for important events to slip through the cracks I read somewhere that the human mind only processes 7 Things efficiently at a time. I keep all my appointments and important dates in the calendar. And in the location line I leave notes for myself the only thing is to be in the time zone where you made the appointment if you're in a different time zone even with all the updates its head it still confuses the hour and minutes and you can give yourself reminders days or weeks ahead of time. I hope that was some helpful information. Vlog on Vitalina!
