Suggestions for you: I always check my makeup expiration dates & throw out old stuff. That's usually 1/3 of what I have so then I have 2/3 that I have to clean out. As for clothing or even the garage, I put on music and a timer for about 30 minutes. I make 4 piles. One is a keep pile, a donate pile, a garbage pile & a "not sure pile." I take care of all those piles then plan my next move. I don't stress out because once the timer goes off, I'm done for that day. The caffeine in coffee, tea or soda will stimulate you. People can get a racing heart rate, anxiety, anger and a feeling like you are wired. That along with pressure from others to get work done adds to our anxiety. You do what you can within your time frame. You can always return those items from companies that send them to you for free to try on. You don't have to accept them. Or you can donate them. Do anything that lessens your anxiety. It's great that you're cutting down on coffee. Always be kind to yourself & cut yourself some slack.

I try to consume consciously as well, it must be frustrating to have to take the time to deal with all these freebies that you didn't choose or ask for showing up at your house ( again and again and again ). Years ago I had an extra walk-in closet and I used to throw things I barely used or never used and when I was moving I opened it up and you couldnt even see the floor. stuff was up to the second drawer of the dresser in there. lol I don't judge

Hi Vita! Healthy substitution for Allegra's cupcakes (if you want) would be to switch the grapeseed oil for coconut oil (just melt it first) and it also adds a nice coconut taste :)

Yes! Caffeine is a drug 😅 I stopped drinking it 6 years ago and my anxious feelings have stopped and I sleep sooo much deeper. Juice is my energy in the morning:) Ashwaganda helps periods and when you’re stressed! Good for hormones too
