Why would ANYONE give a thumbs down to Dr. Lee. She never shows anything gross. She does what a good dermatologist is supposed to do. She also saves lives by getting skin cancer lesions early. If you don't like this kind of thing, go watch bead making. Please stop trying to take away the only really good dermatology videos on YT. Dr. Lee is the most professional and pleasant person. If you don't want to see these things, WHY did you watch it?!

This is true. I.want to squeeze them! So I want them big a juicy, zzI do not want to pull them out and then through them away. Is it hard or soft? Does it disappear after you squeeze it or is it hard and moves and you half to break it with a nail and squeeze it until it is smooth. I love watching Dr.Sandra Lee she was the answer to my mental attack because I was now divorced and had nothing to squeeze. ( oooh, does this just sound really awful? Cold water , if you do this at home , when you open your pores clean them , wash your face with cold water . That will close your pores .(they use el pulse to close the pores)

It sounds like you have sebaceous filaments rather than blackheads, they're normal and on some people they're just more visible, it's just a matter of trying to make sure to exfoliate to try and minimize them a bit, after cleaning them you can wash them with cold water to help close up the pores and make them appear smaller.

I love to watch Dr Lee. She talks to her patients and it helps calm them down. When she greets a new patient she acts like she is related to all of them like they are family. I can’t imagine why most of these patients let things get so bad before the see Dr Lee. Jeez! I think she is sweet and she is good in what she does. I really like her.

I’m a popoholic and watch a lot of videos like this, I think it’s safe to say a majority of people commenting do as well. I find it funny that people are quick to bash other extracting videos (primarily the white glove Asian’s channel) for not completely emptying the pore, being to ruff on the patient, making deep incisions, and jumping around instead of staying focused on one area of the body yet no one is bashing this lady for doing exactly the same thing.

Despite comments, I actually bought a set of them just recently. I've never had bad skin.... acne or even many blackheads, but the blackheads I have found are more easily extracted with the tools than with my fingers.

tackyman2011 yes, my bf has beautiful smooth dark skin and i never noticed any black heads visually other then one i thought was a beauty mark but until actually felt it and the texture was different. Since no one had ever formally cleaned his skin i got the pleasure of doing so. It's like when monkeys groom each other, it's a sign of love and a fulfilling feeling of kicking the butt of skin issues. Well in the monkeys case eating bugs and love 😂
