Clay had to grow up so quickly when he was thrust into the public eye w/ppl's opinions & rude comments about him if he was to remain in the biz at the top of his game, making beautiful music & making a difference in the lives of so many. Too bad it's perceived as "arrogant & selfish".Rickey Smith on ETHS called him "smart & clever". I'll go with that.If anything,I think he got better,if that's possible. In addition,I'm glad he had the chance to do B'way! What an experience that must've been!
