"Just cleansing the energy!" Kristen Stewart talks gay bars, queering Hollywood & "Happiest Season"

Kristen Stewart opens up about how "the time calls for" her groundbreaking lesbian Christmas rom-com, Hulu's "Happiest Season," and the fetishization of onscreen lesbian relationships by "some news outlet man" ("makes me feel really weird").
She also talked about a recent trip she took to a "Trumpian" part of California with her girlfriend that made her feel unsafe, growing up watching indie LGBTQ-themed films and how she plans to continue to radicalize conventional genres with queerness even though, she says, "I still want to play straight sometimes, if that’s OK!"
Stewart's "Happiest Season" co-star Mackenzie Davis joined her to talk the movie and why they both love queer bars so much. At one point Mackenzie asked Stewart if she's smoking a blunt. "Just cleansing the energy!" Stewart assured.
