Oh how I know that feeling. I always call it “want to do but don’t’s”….. lol I want to get stuff done and I want to color and use my art stuff but just can’t get motivated to actually start. I hate that feeling and I have it more often than not.

Love this idea! I definitely need extra motivation some (most 🙈) days with my ADHD. So overwhelming to know where to begin, but little chunks of dopamine breaks are the way to keep going. Really enjoying your channel too.
