Just cottage cheese, nuts and no flour! Amazing result! no sugar
INGREDIENTS:
Peanut paste 100 g
Ricotta 80 g (can be replaced with mascarpone, cottage cheese or cream cheese)
Egg 1 (large)
Baking powder 1 level teaspoon
Vanilla to taste and desired
A pinch of salt
Sweetener to taste (I used stevia)
👍Decorate with melted dark chocolate if desired
Total per 100 grams:
Calories - 328.75 kcal.
Protein - 18.32 g.
Fat - 25.69 g.
Carbohydrate - 5.68 g.
(The weight of the finished cookies is 1 piece - about 15 g.)
