Hi all! Today I will show you how to make an unusual “pizza” from potatoes with minced meat and mushrooms, we will bake all this in the oven. It's simple, quick and very tasty 😋 First we will prepare the potato base, then add the minced meat with mushrooms and put it in the oven. This recipe is a real find for dinner or lunch. Come into my kitchen, we'll cook together. I hope this dish will bring warmth and comfort to your home. Bon appetit and good mood everyone! 🥰
📝 Ingredients
Potato pizza with meat 0:00
🔹 250 g (8.8 oz) mozzarella
🔹 3 potatoes
🔹 450 g (16 oz) ground beef
🔹 200 g (7 oz) champignons
🔹 1 shallot
🔹 200 ml (7.0 fl oz) tomato passata
🔹 3 cloves of garlic
🔹 salt
🔹 black pepper
🔹 olive oil
🔹 1 tbsp Dijon mustard with seeds
Broccoli salad 5:30
🔹 1 broccoli
🔹 juice of 1 lemon
🔹 1 tsp balsamic vinegar
🔹 4 tbsp olive oil
🔹 1 tsp salt
🔹 1 red onion
🔹 1 small cucumber
🔹 15 cherry tomatoes
🔹 1 tbsp olives
🔹 100 g (3.5 oz) mini mozzarella

You might find this an odd comment, but here goes. I do not like brocolli, tomatoes, or olives, but that salad really looked good. But l would still make it because l know alot of people that do like them. And meat and potatoe looks so good. Great job from Texas USA
