I don't know if this has been said (I can't be bothered to go through over 300 comments), but you CAN listen to the downloadable songs before buying them. Select the song for download and at the description screen, just leave it there and wait. It will load a snippet of the song and in the upper-left corner, you can see a little bit of what the dance looks like.

can you play a just dance game if your in a wheelchair? i sit in my swivel chair to play games and im within reach of my desk. so i could turn around but i couldn't jump or move around the room (i could move to the side i bit but not by much. my arms work fine for the most part but im no in complete control of them and my body twitches randomly

+Wolfie If you have the Wii U version you're Wii remote should be just fine. They've actually had dances where you're meant to sit down and only move your arms as well.

It's sad how developers sometimes don't think of ways to include disabled people in their games. But Bemi does have a point. As long as you don't own any Xbox games, you should do fine. And with every game there is, there are a lot of new modes they come up with, and as of now they are just discovering seated dances, so it actually sound quite alright in your situation! By the way, I make videos of me and occasionally a few of my friends performing with this game, and I try to do as many songs as possible since some are not available where I live due to copyright. I haven't uploaded them yet because I am new to KZbin and and considering how popular you can get off of this, I'm still considering if I want to go with the whole thing.

Actually, you can hear the songs in the DLC. You just have to click the song you want and wait at the top left to load a little bit and it will show a preview with just the dancer and the song. But after you download them, you can't hear the song on the regular JD2 screen which is a little weird. I hope you can respond to this (not like begging) so you can understand about the comment.

1:15 Whoa, what? My sister got the game for Christmas, and Firework was NOT on there! I remember this specifically, because it was the song they used for the commercial, and we ranted for a bit on how they didn't even put it in, just like the first title's namesake.

I does to let you listen to it before you buy a song! When you click on a song, wait for the picture on the top left corner to load and it gives you 15 to 30 seconds of the song.

Even though the 2 Just Dance games are among the poorest, stupidest Wii games to come out in recent history, Your reviews are right to the point and unbiassed. While these are not games I would play considering I'm a hardcore gamer, I understand there are games you and your family enjoy together. So games like Just dance 1 and 2 that everyone says are bad you might enjoy.

@MegaNoobTron It's really good. Have you played the other MH games? This was the first one I played, and I thought it was really challenging, but not cheap. (Exeptions, Diablos, and Rathalos.;)) I thought it was really good, and I am in the casual audience. You should get it. It's not as hard as others, but it's pretty challenging.

with Firework I hate that you have to download it when it should have been already in the game since it was in almost EVERY tv spot for the game.

you are wrong about downloading songs. only firework is free for the reason it is basically included in the game. they let you listen to a 20 second preview of the song if you like and they arent cover versions. some are just remixes

I don't really think liscencsing is the issue for Just Dance. Why? We Cheer 2 had the song in it. The game's less popular. I really don't understand why one game which is not really popular can get something an actually well known game couldn't. I honestly have no clue why they wouldn't try and get it, though.

This game broke my Wii. The day after I got it, my Wii had a mysterious problem with disc reading. It wouldn't let me play anything except Gamecube and WiiWare. I'm still waiting for it to get fixed since we shipped it in to Nintendo. Otherwise, this game is great. Nice review, Wiiviewer!
