Just. do one thing different today. My journey of recovery from Binge Eating Disorder has been a long path. This video is one of the longer videos I have made but I really wanted to share with you my story in it's entirety up to. the point that I got into recovery. This video may be triggering for some, but I believe there has to be a place where we really share about the things we have done, and lift the shame. Please know you are not alone.

*The purpose of my channel is to inspire you to live the best life you can the way you choose to live it. A life with intention, passion, and clarity. I've struggled with Binge Eating Disorder, morbid obesity, relationship issues, and losing my brother to suicide. I've learned that my messes can become my successes and I hope these videos help you discover that as well.

Thank you for your honesty and for being willing to share your story Matt. Someone very close to me is in recovery for an ED and much of what you talked about reminded me so much of her ED story and the feelings surrounding it that she has shared with me. I hope that this video will help others who may be struggling with this same issue or in other ways.

Thank you for sharing your story. I love hearing people's stories. Struggles and what they have overcame and what helped them. The things they need to avoid and the things they need to embrace. I am glad you were able to get into a recovery program that worked for you and have you tools and helped you understand why you struggle. If anything is true... Life is not stagnant. Changes can be made and a place in time is not permanent.
