Just Dry Only Demonstration LG Washer Dryer Combo Machine User Guide Troubleshooting Demo
Useful Tips on the use of LG All-in-One Washer/Dryer
*The machine is about Half the size of a standard family size household machine therefore smaller size loads are ideal
*Use only 1 tablespoonful of He liquid detergent (and not more). Long term use
of excessive amount of detergent will cause malfunctions of the machine
*By design, this machine takes much longer to finish the cycle.
*When drying the cloth, the load should not be more than half full. The cloth
should be able to tumble to dry quicker.
C D code at the end of the cycle means cooling down - the machine will
periodically tumble for up to 4 hours until cloth is removed or Start/Pause is
pressed.
*It is a good practice to wipe clean the rubber boot after each cycle, and leave the
door partially open for the drum to dry. This helps prevent odor and mold.
Monthly Maintenance (or more frequently as needed):
1) Drain and clean the exhaust pump filter at the right lower corner of the
machine.
2) With empty machine, pour about 4 oz. of white vinegar in the Main
Wash dispenser, and run Tub Clean cycle. This will help clean the drum and
remove the lint that adhere to the condensing unit
#H The sticky detergent residue will coat the lining of the condensing unit (which
dries the cloth) with lint and debris, and the drying function will proportionately
be reduced -so your cloth is not as dry. Additionally, the machine might produce
bad odor

I have this same machine and I love it. Thanks for the button press shortcut, I've been rotating the cycle selector to the "Dry Only" mode. A tip for you is: If you push the button under the other LED that lit up, you can select "No Spin Dry." That would save time on your damp load. Really cool machine, note the sticker that says to expect $14 annual energy cost. It's counter intuitive but this full size machine dries clothes using cold water!

Lol it takes 3 hours and they also aren't dry at the end.. my condo has this exact unit and we have to take everything to a laundromat because it doesn't dry at all.

Similar situation there's an industrial dryer in our apt laundry room tenants use for drying from these machines. But small loads do dry.

@@MURZBO It most likely needs the vent cleaned. It has to be done constantly with extra heavy use like that.

@@staciemarie5859 They don't have vents, which is part of the reason why they don't dry as quickly but they're also way more efficient because you're not taking air out of your home and pumping it through your clothes then to the outside. Definitely some savings on electricity but at the cost of potentially a not great experience

i had the same issue however, i fixed it by simply closing the water inlet whenever i use dry mode

You forgot to mention that the "only dry" doesn't need to run the spin cycle again, and you could knock anywhere from 30 minutes to an hour by turning off the spin cycle if it isn't needed.

@Narola When you first push the power button to turn on the machine, instead of selecting a cycle option, just push the dryer button. It will automatically select the spin cycle with the dryer. But if you don't need the spin cycle, then push the spin cycle button until it shows no spin cycle. Select the lvl of dry you want and push start.
