1 small red onion
Grated mozzarella 70g
2 Eggs (M)
Oat Flakes (smoothies 100g)
00 flour (for all uses)
Sunflower seed oil (for frying)
YOGURT AND AVOCADO SAUCE 🥑:
1 ripe avocado
Natural Greek yogurt 120g
Half a lime or lemon
1 clove of garlic
