When the milk is almost boiling, add lemon juice. The milk will have curdled after 5 minutes. The serum will have separated. Prepare a cup and a sieve. Transfer the curd mixture. Leave for 10 minutes. 80 grams of butter. Melt the butter over the fire. Transfer the curd mixture. Stir constantly. 200 grams of cheese. Grate on a coarse grater. Add cheese to the pan. The cheese mass will melt well. Cook over very low heat for 5-7 minutes. Transfer the cheese to any mold. Allow to cool and place in the refrigerator overnight. Our cheese is ready. Bon appetit.
