if you've never been in VR you will not understand, stress and anxiety can effect how easily you can depart with your real body to be in the digital world. also general motion sickness, vertigo and slight eye/brain malfunctions due to stuttering in the headset, anything to take you out of the moment, it dose wired things to the head. (of course more experience in VR can help train the mind to disassociate easier, and you can walk around the room easier and do IRL tasks while in VR).
