Pretty obvious that he is having episodes of less than great cognition. I think he gets tired. That's a common thing for people with dementia. There is a tendency to have good moments and bad moments. The mumbling and losing his sense of direction in conversation is pretty concerning. AND the stupid stupid shielding of The Chinese.
