You want to weaponize these agencies, then Congress needs to defund them, or disband them all together. The federal government is way too big, time for major cuts.

This B.S. about regulatory control by executive branch defies constitution and the whole concept of checks and balances.. Nadler's response is senile or ignorance. He's a lifetime bureaucrat that lives off the backs of taxpayers . Basic education as stated. Three branches of government only Congress can pass laws. Not executive branch nor administration. This B.S. by Democrats saying every little thing will have to be voted on is B.S.. First of all in this administration no head of their department is an expert in the department they head. They are political appointees that run the department and direct its focus. Regardless of party this bypasses checks and balances. Contrary to Nadler s statements as well as other democrats. It's not about morons in Congress that think they know everything about power and money, yet put us into unfathomable debt and on a brink of collapse. But to have the government work as intended. Checks and balances with people's input. Like Fauci did us big favors?

California's governor Gavin Newsome should give back the $1.3 million dollars from the PPP grant funds during COVID-19 cuz Gavin Newsome even made a $100,000. profit from his silent ownership for the vineyards interest. While many family businesses got nothing and had to go out of business. That's not fair to the American people who had long family owned businesses. All that grant funds should be paid back immediately. How shameful they got away with it while others fell to the wayside. CA governor Gavin Newsome pay back that PPP grant funds.

Maybe if the American people were actually getting clean water, air or regulations that actually protect us ; 100M’s may seem to be so much! This system makes taxpayers pay for our own downfall!!

The Gentleman from Georgia dares to say we need the professionals making these decisions when they prevent doctors from making the decisions for their patients, but the insurance companies dictate what interventions are allowed; he actually says these professionals, i.e., FDA, CDC, EPA, FAA and many more have been given the control of countless mandates that do not protect the people but only pad the pockets of these agencies and their affiliates. I vote for less government, fewer restrictions, and fewer taxes.

What I’m having trouble understanding is why Jerry Nadler is allowed to get up there in congress and just spew otter in complete bullshit and no one calls him out. No one ever says we need to get rid of Jerry Nadler. Having Jerry, Nadler and Congress is like having Nancy Pelosi in the house. It shouldn’t be sold. If we are truly serious about weeding out political corruption, and getting rid of bad actors, Jerry Nadler should be in the top three people that need to be out.

Sorry Jim, Clinesmith was not hampered by the stipulations or rules governing FISA warrants. He blew through them and what did he get probation. He lied on a FISA warrant, falsifying evidence, and witheld exculpatory evidence, he ignored actual laws not rules and he got probation and still is a lawyer. Let that sink in hes still a lawyer a man who violated the entire premise of innocent until proven guilty, who ignored the laws on evidence, the gathering of it, and sharing all evidence both proof of guilt and proof of innocence with the accused, yet hes walking free and FISA is still in use even after its proven that its an abused tool.
