Eliminate inheritance tax. Ridiculous Reform tax systems WE THE PEOPLE not responsible deficit spending outrageous. Flat Rate tax works using a profit scale category abide by creating stability. Inheritance in stocks abide by deceased persons will.

He says the nations small businesses lol he means the multimillion dollar CORPORATIONS GETTING STOCK BUY-BACKS AT/WITH NO COMPETITION (CLOSED SALE) RATE AND THEY WANT IT TAX FREE And payed for with life insurance win win win for the corp

If corporation had to dip into the savings to pay off the decedent's estate, then the total value of the company would be less.

Simple fact.. Small companies significant value is based on the owners' participation. When an owner dies, the value of the company goes down considerably. There is no other way to make up for that value than to 1) increase the remaining owners' share of ownership 2) influx of cash to make up for loss of intellectual capital. On a final note, those shares may have to be used to entice another potential partner to become a partner.

It's almost like we could hire some accountants. They would tell us what we could cut and trim up. We would do it, and save money. We don't care about saving money though. We use woman math in the US government.
