The document in question is the Fulton County Income and Financial Disclosure Report. According to this report, as per Section 2-79 of the Fulton County Code of Ethics, any gift or favor from a single prohibited source, totaling $100 or more, must be disclosed. The report defines gifts and favors as anything of value received from a prohibited source, which refers to any person, business, or entity that the involved officer, in this case, Miss Willis, is aware of or should be aware of. Why was these document concealed from the court and the public from the court? Miss Willis received many benefits as her testimony… even if she paid it back in cash as claimed. Do you understand that time is money and money is a benefit if you want to follow the letter of the law?

If it is agreed upon that one spouse will do more than half of childcare, home duties, courts will award equity, investments, retirement funds, property deeds, and past income acquisition, such as vacation homes and automobiles along an even split. Wade knows that , hence he had carefully concealed his bank accounts. He filed for divorce the first day of his employment as a special counsel. He didn’t want to split that income.

If you break those rules, then the case usually gets thrown out from the courts. Infact majority of cases that have a hint of conflict of interest involved are thrown out. The reason thise rules are their is so you and me are protected in the possibility of nefarious intent. The justice system though it might not be perfect it did come a long way. My only issue with prosecutors is that they have a very high chance of placing individuals behind jail and the defense a majority of the time loses. Prosecutor take advantage of the very fact that it's very hard to win a case against them. That is not fair for you or me.
