Aesthetically very cool and unique but are windows , sliding door double glazed ? I only see 1 small aircon for entire livingroom & kitchen area. During rainy season what happens on the outside area does it get flooded ? Is it really allowed to bbq there ? How are the neighbors directly underneath affected ? Also is it foreign quota?

Hey, thanks for the detailed observations and questions! 🙏🏻😁 Let me review your questions individually: 1) Double Glazed - They are indeed single glazed windows; however, the bedrooms are located toward the inside of the layout and the property is located on high floor meaning less/ no noise disturbance. 2) Aircon - Correct, very good observation there is a single air con in the living room. We filmed at mid-day/afternoon and did not feel that the living room was hot or humid. There is enough space to install a higher BTU Aircon or a 2nd unit. 3) Water drainage during rainy season - This is no issue as there is plenty of roof drainage installed. 4) BBQ Area - This is no issue, obviously residents need to be mindful of excessive smoke (I.e. Smoking meats would not be very neighbor friendly haha) and noise distubance. Hope this answers your questions!
