JUST ONE CUP OF COFFEE! This is so delicious that I make it every weekend.
In this video I share my simple recipe for this delicious dessert that is quick and easy to make. Make yourself a cup of coffee and treat yourself to this chocolate treat!
✅Coffee cream:
2 egg yolks.
50g sugar.
1/2 tablespoon flour.
1 tablespoon cornstarch.
150 ml strong coffee.
170 g butter (room temperature).
Beat for 3-5 minutes.
✅Sponge cake:
60g flour.
20 g cocoa powder.
3 eggs (total weight without shell 150 g).
A pinch of salt.
70g sugar.
10 g vanilla sugar.
Beat until the mass has increased in volume by 3-4 times (about 10 minutes).
Baking tray 27*36 cm.
✅Croquant:
65g nuts (I used a mix of walnuts and hazelnuts).
5g butter.
30g sugar.
✅Filling:
50 ml coffee with milk and sugar.
✅Glaze:
50g chocolate
10 g of odorless vegetable oil.
