JADAM does not add brown sugar. The recipe calls for sea salt. Also, it is not stirred. Put the compost and mashed potatoes in a mesh bag and steep it.

If bacteria are eating the potatoes its not fermentation its decompositions if you have some stray yeast fly into your bucket you'll get some fermentation. But besides the minor science details. Spot on recipe im looking for to trying it !

Is any particular reason you cooked three potatoes in a bucket. Next time 15 minutes on the stove . Would be way faster than two hours with a stinger

Seems like the potatoes should supply potassium... And they are carbs so why add sugar just another carb??? Another question. If you cook the potatoes wouldn't that kill any natural organisms on the skins?
