What a naturally intelligent, articulate dude. Somebody that can learn from their mistakes. To "fully" understand the reasons, act upon them is a good person to listen to and get inspiration from. Great interview too, James is great at giving people space and still getting good answers.

Apart from pointing out the glaring inconsistencies in many of the interviews, especially the Jack Whomes one, The London's Ofill video was a masterclass in letting someone tell blatent lies to make themselves look like a hero, not once was he drilled on any of it.

Your interviews never disappoint James - you’re truly the best at letting your guests tell their story without interjecting constantly, but when you do talk you give them the space to delve deeper into their personal story. 👏🏼 …and Nick - what a grounded and articulate fella … I first became aware of him through the pandemic but had no idea about this back story and what he has overcome in his life, I wish him all the best. 🙌🏼

This is a great listen. Big respect to the lad. I didnt have the best up bringing, literally had nothing. I ended selling drugs, taking drugs, and just generally a fuck up in life. Now I have a wife, 3 children with a well paid job. Now living a very good life, and appreciate everything I have. James amd nick you've both said about having everything and not feeling complete and still miserable. I think if you've earnt what you have the right way then you appreciate it more. If you earn it the wrong way, then you don't appreciate, because it can be taken away in a heart beat. All you've g9t to be is real, and a decent person, and good will shine through. Great podcast boy. 👏

Our gyms in New zealand were shut for over 4 months straight at one point. Thankfully I have a gym in my garage so could carry on training because my mental health would have gone down the shitter if I couldn't hit the weights. How gyms weren't classed as essential is beyond me.

I don't know this young man but he's such an entrepreneur and a great orator - So pleased to hear how you turned your life around given everything I've just listened to - you're a shining example on many different levels. I used to work in youth offending- I wish all the young people I ever came across manage to turn their lives around and this podcast should be played to everyone in the system - Hurt people Hurt People. I used to say to them - Be the person you'd like to meet today - but they were young and headstrong - victims of their circumstances 💔
