1 tbsp Olive oil
450g/1lb Ground beef
1 Onion
1 big garlic clove
Season with salt and black pepper
1/2 tsp Sweet Paprika
3-4 medium potatoes
4-6 Eggs
Cheese of your choice
Chives

Being Italian my favorite foods are anything with pasta. Meatballs an sausage are frequently cooking with tomatoes in this house. My mother always made fried spaghetti with left over. Iam going to be making butternut squash Ravioli this week.😊 best wishes to you an your family this holiday season.

Just wanted to say that I did the first recipe. It came out really well. I did make a couple of changes based on what I had. I didn't have chives, so I used green onions. Also, I sautéed some green bell peppers and then added the hamburger and onions since the peppers take longer to cook. My roommate was a bit skeptical as I was making it, but we also very pleased. Thanks for a great recipe. A very great "brunch" item. I can see me making this somewhat regularly. Thank you!

If you're vegetarian, add mushrooms for flavor, but for the taste add Impossible Burger "meat". Cook and eat it just like hamburger. Burger King and Carl's Jr serve it in their restaurants. Kentucky Fried Chicken was using vegetarian "chicken" called Beyond. I've eaten all of these and they completely changed how we ate.
