M sport bumpers and lci conversion. Also maybe black/white wrap(something like first e90 335i which was "dual colour"). When it comes to the engine I would love s54(m3 e46) oraz s55 in it.

Chris over at The Bimmer Barn has on exactly the same, like color as well, and he did an N54 swap with a rear wheel drive conversion. I would say do an S65 swap and get his advice to help you along the journey

If the S55 fits that'll be a great build. Many people do the S65 (still a great swap) but the S55 would be unique build on the E9X chassis, as not many people have done it.
