We'll show you a recipe that everyone can definitely do and how to prepare incredibly delicious cottage cheese with just a few ingredients, namely milk and an apple! You will be surprised when you hear about this recipe because you probably haven't been told about it anywhere! So how to cook cottage cheese from an apple and milk so that later you can enjoy its taste? Watch this video from start to finish to discover the recipe!
2 liters of milk. Fat content not less than 3.2%. I use store bought milk. Put the pot with milk on the fire. Turn the heat down so the milk doesn't burn. Stir milk occasionally. 1 apple. Can be green or red. Peel. Grate the apple on a coarse grater. When the milk is well heated, add an apple. I also add 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon. If you don't like cinnamon, don't add it. Mix well. 1 lemon. Squeeze lemon juice. When the milk starts to boil, add the lemon juice. The milk immediately began to curdle. Cook no more than 3-5 minutes. The serum has separated. Turn off the heater. Leave the pots for 30 minutes. Prepare a colander and a cheese mold.Transfer the curd mixture to the mold. Cover the top with cling film. Put a weight on it. Leave in the room for 2 hours. Then put in the fridge. Time is up and our cheese is ready. The cheese is flavorful. The smell of cinnamon and apple is crazy. This cheese goes well with a cup of coffee or hot chocolate. Bon appetit ❤️.
