This was me when I used to have sleep paralysis...always so tired but terrified to fall asleep. My dreams were so much like that first story when I had SP after just listening to that I have such a sick feeling in my stomach and I'm praying that I never start getting sleep paralysis again. I have sleep paralysis. Since childhood actually. It mainly happens when I am stressed. I just had an episode last week. I can tell myself what is happening and force my subconscious to pull me out of it. They are terrifying.
