Have you had any issues or concerns with zipper of the main bag giving out? Especially when packing the boned out meat. I just got mine recently and put a 50lb sand bag in and it looked like a lot of stress on the zipper.

Trail…you didn’t show it but after the season of use, can you provide video and comment on how bag carries utilizing the load shelf

Hi there, I don't know that we currently have video ready to go but I did use it to pack out a bull in the last couple weeks and it works really well. The load shelf sits up above the hips a few inches which allows me to keep the weight higher and frees up my hips to walk more easily and naturally. Overall, it was durable and relatively comfortable with a lot of weight. The last trip out I had a boned out hind quarter in the main portion of the pack and the second boned out hind quarter on the load shelf and it handled it without a problem, better than I did tbh. I think if you are looking for a pack that is durable and can comfortably handle weight during a packout, it's for sure worth considering.

The hunting industry is really running out of names haha. Argali has a tent named Absaroka, Kifaru has a bag named Absaroka, Kifaru also has a bag named Argali. Everyone has something named "Sawtooth" ... Makes me laugh.

Garbage name, lets be honest. Beartooth is cool but Mystery Ranch has that name for a pack already. Kifaru seems to have a great product, the prices are really getting quite ridiculous though.

My biggest issue with hunting packs is noise. They are all so loud when you brush up against a branch or something, which is impossible to avoid around here (WI). I have spooked game because of this while stalking on many occasions. Any pack I buy from now on has to be quiet. Just scratch your fingernails across the material to see if it will be quiet.
