There's 3 guys on KZbin that I listen to for stress and anxiety and insomnia. I mostly just listen to Christian because he a bit quicker on the uploads and I can probably do quite a few of the other meditations word for word, some nights 5 listens at a time to the same one. Sometimes I read the comments while listening and just drift off. I've heard Stephenson on a movie before and couldn't figure out for a while if it was Michael or Christian. I've even seen them congratulating each other on their work in the comment section of their videos and wondered if they fell asleep listening to one another or not. Either way these guys are extremely talented at what they do on here and I share their video links with people in different groups of mental problems, sleep and anxiety being the number one thing, since that's what I notice most people come here for, especially anxiety according to the comments. Anyway, thanks again Christian! Anyone else who is reading this, go to sleep, heal and wake up refreshed :)

They are both Fantastic and I know they are both very busy people. I think the thing with michael is that he wants it to be about the listener perhaps without clouding or diluting anything he creates, I respect him for that.

I track my sleep with a Fitbit and a CPAP machine, I get an estimate of my time in each sleep stage and I can see who many my CPAP kicks in. When I listen to this meditation, like this specific one, not any of the others I have in my playlist, my REM almost doubles. On one hand it is sort of odd, on the other it is wonderful to sleep so well.

I fell asleep in the first five minutes. That was totally unexpected since I was still caffeinated. I think it was the bubbles along with your naturally soothing voice. You show a tank here, but to me they were like a warm and inviting Jacuzzi bath tub. I had to play it again in the morning just to see what I missed. Very nice!

I've been under an enormous amount of stress lately. I perceive that this is very helpful! As I listen to this I feel my stress abating. I look forward to using this to take a nap this afternoon ( I've not been able to do this in years ). You pay very close attention to detail in the things that you say. It may be the approach that successfully communicates subliminally the need for relaxation. The montage, soundscape and the script make for an ideal combination. Thank you sir

It’s been real stormy here again will let you know what the rainfall end of month What are your disabilities or do you want to wait till we’re on FB messenger I went to the Chocolate factory yesterday yummy Got the gifts for USA my Composer/ Director friend & the others I was late into Christian as I was still doing the phone conference 2 hours. Yikes I have just completed my first schedule mmmm I nearly missed it too Had to reschedule the paperwork It’s going to be very intense I would love to have you on Facebook messenger 👏. Oh more phone problems too My conference was interrupted at crucial words & the context was being repeated & so would loose it 😃 I will be doing some meditation soon as have to before midnight mmm I have my partner coming in after midnight as he’s in meditation till then. We have a movie to go to that I won tickets to. Hi Christian this is yet another one of your best because the sound of water has the most positive effect on human brain when in Theta state and fast asleep. Water holds memory and when one is relaxed with the sound of water, the relaxation is most impressed on our subconscious mind 😇 lasting longer (at least for me, that’s for sure). I don’t remember when I fell asleep but I think it was v soon! All I know, is that I woke v refreshed in the morning. I have to listen again to pick up your words in my conscious mind. Thank you for great work - god bless you Christian 😘💚

It’s so strange as water being mentioned in a meditation makes me cringe and I have to swap the word for clouds etc....This however, doesn’t involve my being wet it’s just the fish.....Wonderful to watch and listen! Genius......🙏🏼❤️✨

Hey Jemma, Yes I am back, no particular routine now, I am going to upload when the meditations are ready from now on. My break showed me that I was sometimes rushing the writing or finishing them early when I could have added a whole lot more to them. Thanks

Not sure how this works so well for everyone. Idk how I'm supposed to be asleep in 20 minutes I was awake and had to start it over and try again until I just gave up with this one. I thought because it was for insomnia it would work for me. It helped me relax but no sleep :(

I didn't see it but heard it was a good match. Yes, I am enjoying the sun and now only uploading when the meditations are ready. No more schedule, probably won't be every week from now. The reason for that is I get a bit of time for myself and the meditations come out better :) I hope you are enjoying the summer :)
