Typically it's the Chairman or Ranking Member of the committee holding the hearing who chair -- Glenn Grothman chaired the hearing today and he's a Ranking Member. Though technically Burchett could still chair the hearing, and probably should have since he's the main one coordinating and pushing this UFO/UAP discussion. Sounds like there was a misunderstanding or miscommunication somewhere.
