People can have great chemistry as friends and romantically, and still be bad for each other because of their issues and the stuff they have going on in their lives at a certain point in time. Harry may not even ever be able to be a good friend to Kim, depending on which direction he ends up going in. And ultimately someone's feelings for another person and their decision to pursue a relationship with them has nothing to do with who deserves what.

@@pinkflametheepic If you play one of the routes where you give up alcohol and drugs for the entire time you're there, you've already set him on that path. Also... This take is just dumb. Kim works with Harry because his job demands it, yes, but as we know he could very well choose to end their partnership should he find Harry to be too destructive. But as Kim will tell you in-game, he sees past Harry's destructive behaviour and knows he's good at what he does and a good person deep down, from a statistics standpoint, barely anyone comes close to the number of cases he's closed and he also has the fewest kills per case ratio Kim or really anyone in the DE universe has ever seen. If you played through the entire game and all you have to say in regards to their relationship is 'Kim could do better' you've missed every single point the game was trying to make. They are perfect for one another, Kim is his support whilst also not neglecting his own needs, he is an example, someone the player doesn't want to disappoint and that is by design. Harry brings out Kim's fun side and shows him new perspectives. Harry can talk to legendary cryptids, can your partner do that?

I don’t get the idea of „fix yourself before ever loving someone“ because sure, go to therapy and improve yourself, be reasonable etc., but factually speaking irl and in game people can’t pull themselves by the bootstraps alone. People need hope which is what community and support brings. There’s no perfect unbroken people nor places in this imperfect world and that’s okay.

ZAUM's own money. One of these dudes gf worked in ZAUM at the time and she sold concept art at like 1 euro to one of the snakes, then the bastard sold it back to ZAUM(himself) for 4 million euro. Again they bought ZAUM with ZAUM's own money, in other words, fraud. Then they pushed the minority holders (the creative leads) out of the company. We would probably have Disco Elysium by now if it weren't for these people.

Ngl, this singlehandedly made me check out the game. This is beautifully edited together. The art direction of this game looks so amazing. This edit makes me feel comforted in such a way where even being surrounded by a lot of bad things, I know someone got my back. With the addition of the voice lines with the song, *chef's kiss*. It just makes me feel safe or secure to be with someone. I love the scenes you picked as well, definitely shows how they do things together, whether it's for serious stuff or just goofing off. There's a sense of sadness, but also hope that things might get better. Other words I might describe how it feels is being at ease, calm, & tranquil when you're with someone you trust. It's honestly kind of sweet. Deifnitely one of my favorite edits of games. I always click on random edits of games out of context whenever I want to look for a new game, so thanks.
