would you recomend this tank? I have it right now, i just dont have materials

its really good as a light tank since its very fast, has a 3 round mag which let's you reload a m68 in like 1 second, a 20mm coax, ota atgm which goes really fast, but it's armour is frontal decent, but it's side and rear is paper thin and it only has 2 crew, so I would recommend it if you want a ratty light tank

Type 96a or t-64a, which is better?

the t64a has better overall protection, but the type96a has better mobility and the turret gets fcs and thermals ( I think)
