I thought for a long time about uploading this video to the channel! The video was shot in the winter, and Bohdan couldn't even walk yet! And now it's spring and Bohdan is running))) But I wanted to leave these memories not only in my memory, but also on my channel.
This is a video without good processing, made in a hurry. It's just a video, just for emotional viewing.
I am grateful to everyone for being with me! You are the best subscribers❤

@@yuliafromukraine Hi Yulia, I think all your videos are great. There are so many interesting, cute and beautiful moments to see despite the difficult times. Bohdan's smile, for example, or the children's laughter while sledging, or Rocky wanting to be cuddled, or your embroidered picture on the cupboard, or the festive table, or just the beautiful view. It is these many beautiful moments with the family that make up life. I can only encourage you to capture these moments, because they are priceless. 🤗💙💛🙏

Bohdan must be confused sometimes with all these adults showing him things and talking to him at the same time. It is interesting to see how everyday life differs from e.g. Denmark. Some small details I notice are, that icefishing is almost unknown here. And carpets hanging on the wall or placed on the sofa - something you would never see here, never-ever. Seems to be common in post-Soviet nations, though. However, food bears some resemblance to Poland and other Slavic countries.Such small details are interesting to notice, I think. Please do take care in the coming time, with all this happening in Ukraine. Greetings from Denmark 🇩🇰🇺🇦

Thank you for noticing such small details! It's really interesting) My parents still have some work to do on the renovation, and they're doing their best and doing everything themselves. That's why it looks a little post-Soviet, but I assure you that it's very cozy! You won't see carpets in modern apartments either) Thank you for your concern!!!

@@yuliafromukraine There are some small things, where you can clearly see, that you are in another country and/or culture. Small details, where you see the differences. I once heard, that the carpets on the walls were due to thin walls in Soviet houses. If walls weren't insulated, you could hear the neighbors. Perhaps a myth, but you would never see such carpets on the wall here. In a way, I like these differences - the alternative is living in an IKEA-world, where it all looks the same, no matter where you are.

@@aarhusnord Interesting! I've never even heard of it))) I've always wondered why there are carpets on the walls) In my childhood, there was a carpet by the bed and I used to look at it every night before going to bed😅

@@yuliafromukraine Carpets on the wall, something that shouts post-Soviet Union to me. Other details, you would never see here, either, are white paint on trees or iron ornaments in front of windows. Or padded doors or high metal fences around houses in the countryside (that could be seen, as if those living there might have something to hide).
