I don't think the Fabuand cottage set is sealed, because it has a figure that doesn't belong when you opened the flap, it should only have the Lisa Lamb, but there is a hippo or something stuffed in the upper right corner that wasn't part of this set.

Thanks for the video. It was actually a bit funny, I have a bunch of random figures at home and I was like wonder what these old things are called. I like the regular lego but I have these wierd figures that I should get rid off... *watches the video* HOLY CRAP THESE "Fabuland Figures" are worth a LOT!
