not possible.Indra and ashura chakra chose naruto and sasuke at later part of story.They r not born with it.Contrary to fandom belief,people become their reincarnation based on their choices and how they live on.Anyone could have become ashura or reincarnation.Even obito could have become indra reincarnation if he had strong will.Only reason madara and sasuke became indra's chakra reincarnation is because of their way of living and strong will.Its like a spirit who chooses person based on how they live. Its impossible for naruto to gain ashura powers in chunin exams because at that point he has not lived as way of ashura.Ashura's chakra likely choose naruto after pain fight and how naruto made his choice.Amd naruto also finds that something spiritual is influencing him towards sasuke
