Breakfast has become my favorite too. It use to be dinner but now I get super excited and feel so happy when I’m making and eating breakfast❤️

Ahh mine too! It makes me excited to wake up and workout because I know after that it's breakfast time. That's my reward lately. I could literally eat breakfast food for breakfast lunch and dinner haha

@@justcallmeflora yes mam, I so agree. My go to for a while now has been bread of some form with avocado/hummus or hummus/vegan goat cheese spread topped with pumpkin seeds, nutritional yeast, hemp seeds w/balsamic vinegar or hot sauce. Plus a side of chickpea & spinach bites
