With Hip Hop becoming major hit songs these days, Pop songs being less iconic than they were pre-2016, and being too expensive for Ubisoft to get the license to, Ubisoft has no choice but to add unknown songs with some popular Pop songs and sometimes if they aren’t too expensive, R&B and Hip Hop. But lately, Pop songs are becoming better and being more common now, and with the way JD2022 is going right now, I think this year’s game will be even better. JD2021 did have better songs than JD2020 due to better Pop songs in 2020, the year this game was released, while the years 2017, 2018, and 2019 songs (not the Just Dance games) were repetitive.

Cause they added recent songs instead of older songs- to be honest, songs way back then are really catchy songs, plus songs.. like songs from 1970-2014 were really good! Now most songs are girls simping for hot boys, boys wanted too get ‘down’ with girls, Girls wanted revenge on other boys for “cheating”. And sexual content songs.. plus the music is really loud- I would listen to the 2014 songs(on the game) on repeat than hearing the songs past 2019- Don’t get me wrong- there are SOME songs I love from 2019-2020 Like; Heather, You are the reason, Hold on, Say you won’t let go, there just love simple songs, with nothing to extreme.. WE GOT KICK IT BY NCT LADIES AND GENTS I NEVER THOUGHT THIS DAY WOULD COME AKDLFHSJHGGSKJG 2. and both the main and alternate versions use some of the original choreo! 3. we got feel special and the alternate version uses the full original choreo what is happening 😭😭 4. we got ice cream by blackpink and it's not the original choreo but it still looks decent! 5. 90% of the songs are actually really good and a huge step up from last year. i lowkey might buy it 👀 EDIT: we also got drum go dum by K/DA and it’s literally so perfect i’m in love 🤩 i’m so happyyyyy
