Every time he makes that family in Ottawa ice skating joke I can imagine him knocking into them like a bowling ball and the family (pins) flying different directions. 🤣

I know a good number of people that kayak and honestly, none of them are very popular, so at 5:51 I about fell on the floor DYING of laughter! I can't wait to share John's wisdom with them the next time the subject of kayaking comes up!

Skating? Should have said Nay-Nay. I love how his whole bit wraps around and finishes off the first joke. Genius. My friend and I had tickets to see his show just a couple of months after he died. It was very disappointing that we never got the chance to see him live. One of the best. I am really glad he will have such a legacy here.

He was amazing, a comic genius. Too bad he died too young. But the way I think about is: Evey time I watch him, I see him alive thru his work, talent. ***RIP John Pinette***

I worked in a 4 person department in South Africa. John brought productivity to a stand still that day back in 2012. We were laughing so hard people were coming in to check on us.

A friend of mine and I went to see John Pinette at a comedy club on Boylston Street in September 1992 and he was hilarious, especially when he did an impression of Alvin and the Chipmunks!
