Most likely, since a fair and a just society if not, it almost only an imagination. We always dreamed and aspired for such society, however, it is never close to have a real one.

I like your idea Mon, but these words have their own functions and usage, so they cant be equated, but can be use for comparison. Also, will depend on the context.

Sir, I would just like to share my thoughts about fairness and justice. Nowadays, its really sad hearing news about killing and all inhumane doings especially if it is done by law-maker or law-enforcer. The very trending news about the police officer who brutality killed a son and a mother "maybe" due to unmanageable temper and emotion. Afterwards, a hottest news came after which is a flight was found dead in a hotel. This incident took all the attention of netizens because maoy gina highlight sa media. Without complete investigation, the PNP concluded rape-slay and accused innocent people (not yet proven guilty). It is just sad really sad because wala nahatagan ug FAIRNESS ang JUSTICE. Justice coheres the law but sometimes "LAW" is injustice. Everyone must be serve with Justice and fairness we deserves.

@@monicacorda3647 The touch of the topic to you Mon is an indication that you care for the society. You are entitled with your opinion and I found it out as valid, though we cant define law as injustice, instead, the injustice or the unfair treatment of the cases you said depends upon those in concerned position as well as the media. Thanks for your thoughts.
