It does not exist in Rhode Island. Standing in front of an empty building waving signs and shouting into nothingness is not addressing a government at all. Since the LEOBOR, there has not been a single grievance from citizens redressed in this state, I doubt there was one before that either.

Each has their own beliefs and passions. And those beliefs give birth to a host of weird decisions - like Roe itself, which, regardless of the way you feel about abortions themselves, was essentially a resolution/precedent that struck down numerous state laws based on a right that didn't apply to it whatsoever.

The supreme court operates under the Palko test to solidify unenumerated rights. This means that an unenumerated right must be linked to an enumerated right or tradition. Roe vs Wade did not do that which is why Roe vs Wade was unprecedented and a weak ruling. Even Ruth Bade Ginsberg agreed that Roe Vs Wade was weak for this very reason. SCOTUS over turning Roe vs Wade is legally an amazing thing. This means that SCOTUS is giving power back to congress to do their jobs and SCOTUS does not intend to legislate from the bench as unenumerated rights without enumerated rights or traditions become a slippery slope very fast. If you want to be mad- be mad at congress for not doing their job. Be mad at Obama for running on abortion act, having majority control of congress and the senate and then not doing what he promised. SCOTUS is doing their job but people are too damn emotional to understand the details.
