Before they read out the judges scorecard I told my buddy that Volkov was about to get robbed because of how 90% of the fight highlight montage was pro Gane even though Volkov landed better shots throughout, Adelaide Byrd judging & especially when Cormier started sheepishly shilling for Cyril all of a sudden after the fight ended even though he and Rogan were adamant moments before that Volkov had done enough to win. Obviously someone whispered in Cormier's earpiece to tell him to soften(propagandize) a Gane gift win even before the decision was even read out which just proves how filthy fight sports really are when a former fighter would do another fighter dirty like that.

I know Chael chats a bunch and rambles but I'm pretty sure I remember him saying that some of the ppl who are heads/the brass of the commissions are like former top FBI guys and stuff. I didn't look that deep into it but as soon as I heard Chael say that, all the corruption makes complete sense. The commissions assign the judges. Dana White and the matchmakers don't control that. I honestly think this robbery could more be because Volk is Russian than just making Gane look good. We already kept them out of the Olympics and wanted to keep them out of everything else but cant.

I was watching Charr vs Pulev the other day and one of the commentators had been a judge at some point and he said something very troubling, but something we kind of already knew. He said that judges will often not even remember what happened in the first half of a round or most of it (for reference the rounds in boxing are 2 min shorter than in mma) and just score the round based on the last 10 seconds. "Very unprofessional" he laughed and than realized what he said, "No but seriously. that shouldn't be happening". 😉
