I don't understand why the first case defendant is put under harsh criticism. The birth mother never wanted the couple to have her baby so the defendant isn't responsible for their travel fees. It's also hypocritical to say the defendant made inappropriate comments about the plaintiffs if they were doing the same thing. She personally knows them so if she felt they were concerned about material goods over a child, then it's worth mentioning. It seems to be true given they didn't bother listening to the mother in the first place and quickly demanded travel reimbursement.

The defendant in the first case didn't know when to shut her big mouth. No wonder Judge Cristina Perez had to kick her out of the courtroom.

This landlord is horrible!!! If being locked 🔒 out your apartment at 3am is not an emergency then what is?

It isn't the landlord responsibility to open your door at 3 am if you lock yourself out. If you are so stupid to not make sure the door doesn't lock , you deserve to be locked out..

First case I think the baby's mother not the defendant is obligated to pay any fees made after the baby was granted to the defendant instead only because she didn't inform them to go home. Defendant and the mother are both dishonest people.
