I believe this young lady did what she was told... Made herself at home. That phrase means something different to different people. I don't think she should have to pay.

18:25 she’s only apologizing because she knows now that she will not see a penny from Stevens estate. She now knows that she will get nothing and now she is expressing regret. Not remorse, but regret. BIG difference. I cannot stay on women like the nanny. If you’re gonna be a whore, be a smart whore.

1st case makes me KMT!!! Am glad Rob is not with her cause she wants too much at 1 time and she is too desperate for a marriage. Her friend seems to like Rob cause I don't know why she would want to go to the club for a next month even though she wasn't getting any information out of Rob.

The man was creepy and desperate for real and yes he deserves what he get because sometimes we must listen cause it's not everyone likes to be bothered. She was cruel also because she did him enough just because she knows he is weak and she wanted her shop to sell.

EVERY SINGLE TIME a woman financially supports a man, he ends up taking her for granted. I've tried it, listened to many stories, witnessed crying sessions over family memebers that "can't figure out why he disappears" ...turns out she was giving him money. The universe just doesn't work in this way. I'm tryna tell yaaallll !!

This is sad. As a mom you made a bad choice. That baby has every right to know its biological father. You're all 3 immature and no child should be punished because of all 3 of your bad choices.

If that was the first time the father was made aware of those texts and the daughter's confession of having used drugs before (he seemed very shocked at it all), it's incredible that he didn't immediately apologize to the defendants and ask the case to be dismissed and tell his daughter they're about to have a serious talk and be sending her to get outpatient therapy for addiction. If he was already aware... Then not only shame on him for the lawsuit, but he is a terrible father that is enabling his daughter to not only end up dead/jailed but at minimum being an entitled asshole with to sense of responsibility.

Judge dropped the ball on the first case. It would be reasonable to believe that the boy did break the needle if they both admit the needle was working the day before he left and if on his arrival it’s broken it’s circumstantial evidence points to the boy breaking it. He already admitted to breaking and touching things he wasn’t there to mess with as well.

In the first case, he is an ass. BUT, paying a huge sum to alter your face to get out of trauma saying your face looks like your dead moms! Hell no! I wouldnt wanna alter any part of me if i looked like my dead mom and if that was the last thing i could keep of her memory. Would she alter her babys face if he looked anything like her parents?? I'm sure she used some insurance money to get her silly dreams come true and is using the trauma as an excuse to do so. Imo, She is no saint , why would you keep such an important detail from the person you are ginna have a child with ? And why the hell would you choose such an ass of a person as husband 😂. Maybe he's got money 🤑

The defendant is messy and the plaintiff is fickle. She tells her friend "Do me this favor and lie on my resume because I am trying to get this great new job. Her friend lies for her, and she does get the job and an impressive raise in salary, so now she says, "Let's go on this vacation to celebrate my new job...I GOT YOU"....meaning she is going to treat her friend to this vacation....and then she wants to get all mad that her friend takes this for granted and she is not contributing anything financially, apart from her plane ticket, but she doesn't sit down and talk to this friend and come up with a solution. She just silently fumes and then sues her friend for NOT helping to pay for the hotel....even though the plaintiff admits that she DID say "I got you." She didn't say "I got you FOR NOW, and you can pay me back later." She didn't say "I got you, but can you chip in on the cost of the hotel?" And I think the defendant DID take advantage of her friend's generosity by making these expensive, international phone calls (probably to check on her kid) and drinking all that booze and not offering to help with ANYTHING. She DID do her bestie a big favor, and she IS a single Mom, with what I am assuming is some rare time for herself, so I can see her indulging a BIT during this luxury vacation and having a bit of fun and I understand her missing her baby and wanting to call and check on her....but there is only so far one can indulge and still have good manners....especially when someone else is paying your way. But it does make sense to me that the young lady would be all excited about this great new job and impressive salary, and wanted to treat her friend to a nice vacation to thank her for doing this favor and helping her get this new job and the impressive raise in salary. I just think she made her friend this promise impulsively, and then her friend overindulged in spending money, and had herself a grand old time, and now, she is regretting her generosity and wished she would have stopped it. I think what is fair is, the plaintiff honors her promise to pay for the hotel and meals for her, because that is what was agreed, but these excessive international phone calls and booze parties should be covered by the defendant, because that was NOT part of the deal. She should have at least asked her friend for permission before she did this, to make sure she was OK with that expense and clearly, her friend was not OK with this. Second case...this plaintiff makes no sense. She says it is irresponsible to overbreed dogs, due to inbreeding and overpopulation and she wants the defendant to neuter his dog by 9 months old. He DOES neuter his dog...but its the dog SHE bred and SHE sold to him. So that's a bit rich saying "don't do this, but then I AM going to do this, and what's more, you get to pay me $7000 for the privilege of ME doing this, since you bought one of my puppies that I bred.
