The look on her face when he said "her mother accused him of it when she was young"... Like she really didn't know .. That's fucked up for him to try it again on his granddaughter... I'm glade she got the evidence she needed to get him away from any other child....

I pray that Jesus heals the mother and the daughter and that he has mercy on the father. He needs to accept the demon that circulating him and ask to be delivered because this is one worst crimes EVER against humanity. No sin is greater than another but taking the innocence of a child is horrible in so many ways. May Jesus Christ of Nazareth bless us all ❤️

@@bunnybubson1665 I hope she shows them proof of this and sue the juror and judges for saying not guilty. They let a criminal go away. Goes to show you can’t rely on the public for a judge’s work. Too many biasnesses that play a part in wrongfully sentencing or releasing a person. Should have people that has worked in the field of police or law or even detective work instead of a “novice civilian because they pay taxes”

Nah, everything about this screams that he did it. The mom stopped doing meth because she felt so much guilt for letting her daughter get hurt by this man, that is a HUGE sign. And this isn't the first time he's been accused?! Awful.

For those of you wondering: “The same charges can be brought against you again after they were dismissed or reduced, unless they were dismissed with prejudice (which is very rare), or they were dropped after jeopardy had attached (in other words, if they dropped the charges after the trial had already begun: after witnesses were sworn in a bench trial, or after the jury was impaneled at a jury trial).” -James D. He did the same thing he did in court. Instead of facing up to the accusations he threw her under the bus using her drug use and possibly not being her dad as as deflection from his guilt. The system has failed, again.....BIG SHOCKER!!!! "My daughter Courtney is a piece of shit mom!" says the grandpa who was accused and failed a lie detector test.
