Donny's testimony is completely irrelevant. This is NOT about whether they had a happy relationship. This is about what happened at the moment the vial was broken. Paige admits she dropped the vial. She should not have had the vial in her hands in the first place until the time that the insemination was even going to happen. Why is she standing around holding onto it??? Very negligent.

Knowing that Sabrina was older and this was one of the last opportunities for her to conceive a child, Paige wanted to punish her by destroying the vial of semen by smashing it on the floor, knowing that she would be ending the relationship anyway, and that she would never have had legal custody or any legal connection to the child anyway since she had no biological connection. A very very easy argument to be made.Paige, at 30 years old, is a capricious, and scatter brained young woman that clearly doesn't know what she wants in life. Her justification for being in the relationship made no sense, wanting to 'change' Sabrina, someone who is clearly much older and set in her ways, made no sense. Sabrina had no use for Paige. She could have inseminated herself if she wanted.

Why doesn't the girl with the long hair be the one to become pregnant. She's more feminine. The other has short hair, necktie, her way of dressing. I'm not wanting to sound ugly. Will we know same sex doesn't work as far as a stable relationship. Why not try going with males. And see if it won't work for a positive relationship. And if you both don't want that. I've heard of single women just finding a guy that will agree and get you pregnant. Oh I almost forgot. they both made a contract. Talking about what they wanted. It was really interesting. I think the defendant was wanting to be more of a parent and most interested in having a baby. Having said all of this I wish you both a happy future. And really think about the whole situation. Before getting totally involved and planning a family after a few months together with most of it arguing.
